By accessing or using this website, registering for one of our events, applying for a certification, or submitting a nomination, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Fixed Ops Roundtable® is an initiative of the Center for Performance Improvement, founded in 2019 by Ted Ings. The Roundtable is the operator of this website and its associated events and programs.

Roundtable events are free to attend. Registration is handled through Eventbrite and is subject to their terms in addition to ours. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke registration to anyone whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or counter to the spirit of the Roundtable.

Event schedules, speakers, and content are subject to change. We do our best to honor what’s announced, but reserve the right to modify the program if circumstances require it.

Certified Dealer, Certified Partner, and related certifications are reviewed and granted at the discretion of our advisory board. Submission of an application or nomination does not guarantee approval.

Certified parties may use the associated badge artwork for the period covered by their certification, in good faith and consistent with the Roundtable’s reputation. We may revoke a certification if the recipient no longer meets the criteria or acts contrary to the Roundtable’s values.

You agree not to use the site to do anything unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or that infringes on the rights of others. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or scrape its content in bulk without our permission.

You will not use the Roundtable’s name, logo, or marks in any way that suggests an affiliation, endorsement, or certification we have not extended.

Fixed Ops Roundtable name, logo, certification marks, and the content of this website (text, graphics, photographs, video, and layout) are the property of the Roundtable or its licensors. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial use with appropriate attribution. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Speakers and contributors share their own views at our events. Those views are theirs, not ours. The Roundtable does not endorse, certify, or warrant any product, service, or opinion presented by speakers, partners, contributors, or other third parties unless explicitly stated.

The site and our content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the content is accurate, complete, or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Roundtable, the Center for Performance Improvement, and their officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, your attendance at an event, or any certification decision. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the site or our programs is limited to one hundred US dollars.

You agree to defend and hold harmless the Roundtable, the Center for Performance Improvement, and their officers, employees, and partners from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
